学生情况分析:
三年级学生,他们上进心比较强,思想端正,学风正派,但有几人智力较差,这就要求老师要有热心有耐心,课堂上采用各种教学方法,充分调动学生的积极性,循循善诱,因材施教,让学生养成主动获得知识的良好学习习惯,顺利完成学习任务.
